It’s bizarre yet fascinating to truly be present yet have a 3rd person point of view to see and experience a certain life events.

[Walking to the ice box]

So yeah, I think that’s that.

[Opening the ice box]

Sure, we can tell people what we think about them but that’s about it. That’s the line for me.

[Scooping some ice to the tumblr]

Sure, to some extent you can tell people what to do —

[Closing the ice box]

But I guess,

[Pour water into the tumblr]

you should draw the line between giving advice to actually turn them into someone you want them to be because —

[Walking closer]

I believe it is on them whether they want to take your advice or not, —

[Leaning against the wall]

or what they want to do with it, rather. It also helps to draw boundaries between

[The hands are doing hand movements]

you and the person. So you won’t go overboard by thinking that you have control over people’s action.

[Taking a sip]

I also believe people needs to feel and accept pain. They learn by then to choose which consequences they can take —

[Gulp]

on top of that, you’ll eventually be strong enough to not feel the pain anymore.

Doesn’t that just make you numb? So you can’t feel either joy or pain. You just feel numb.

Well yeah, I guess then you should be aware of your emotions, at least.

Amen.
